After producing amazing marketing results for professionals from other walks, my brother-in-law asked if I might do the same for his website and at the same time find a way to reduce his monthly espense. Having once been a real estate broker I was eager to apply my knowledge to increase his business through a much improved internet presense.
A quick review revealed a small number of real estate brokers in the USA that were consistently high in generic organic search results and spent little or nothing on internet advertising, yet received hundreds of website visitors every day. Here is an example of a Phoenix broker’s site that regularly gets over 1,000 visitors a day (take a look at his site meter) . What I put together for Alan (my brother-in-law) is a website designed to meet all of the needs … for him, for his sellers, his business and reach many many more potential buyers that anything he had before and was availble at a competitive cost. All based in WordPress so it is affordable, expandable, easy add new info to and with very low montly expense. It is a blog that meets all the needs of a website. What I call a web/blogsite!
